Strawberry Coconut Parfait

 Staying healthy on busy days doesn’t have to be complicated!

Check out this delicious and nutritious parfait I quickly whipped up for a snack today! (You could even prepare this ahead of time) 
All I did was use 

✔️6oz coconut yogurt (you can choose a cultured coconut milk or coconut flavor Greek yogurt – Trader Joe’s is my favorite)

✔️handful of sliced strawberries

✔️2tbsp maple granola

Serve and enjoy!
